is a method of buying products where customers collectively fund the product's
creation through their individual purchases.

Cancellation During or After a Reservation (Group Buy)
Group Buy order cancellations will be accepted until a week prior to the Group Buy closing. Cancellation requests past this deadline will not be accepted.

email, include your order number and the reason for your request.
a cancellation is approved, we will need to deduct 3% of the order
total as a processing fee and refund your order. For international purchases, we deduct 4.5% of the order total as a processing fee. This covers any

We allow returns on in-stock items (deskmats) or items purchased from extra
available units (deskmats) following a reservation period (Group Buy).
Upon receiving your item(s), you must initiate a return request within 14 days, per our 14-day return policy.
Return eligibility is contingent on the following:

Item(s) must be in the same condition it was received in
Item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging.
Include the confirmation email you received with your purchase info. This would have been emailed to you using the email you provided for the order.

return request is approved, we will generate a return label for your
order. We will include instructions on how and where to send your
receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of
any approvals or rejections of your refund.
Refunds will be applied back
to your original payment method, minus a 3% processing fee and the cost
of shipping incurred during the return process.

We also offer shipping services with DHL for locations in: Asia, Canada, Europe, Mexico, and Oceania. For items in other countries or regions, we recommend visiting one of the international vendors that we work with, listed on each product page.
We require a full street address, your first and last name, email, and phone number for the shipping carrier.
We don't recommend shipping to a P.O box, however if your only option is a P.O. box, we deliver to P.O. boxes under the following conditions:
The Address 1 or Address 2 lines must contain one of the following variations: POBOX #, POSTALBOX #, POSTBOX #, POSTOFFICEBOX #, or BOX #, where # is a P.O. box number.
Letters in the address may be uppercase or lowercase.
Any of the following separator characters between letters: . , ; : # < > or a space.
Shipping & Payment
Upon completing checkout in the store, you are charged for the entirety of your purchase and shipping costs.
Shipping prices are calculated based on rates set by the shipment carriers we work with.

Fulfillment: We do our best to package and ship products in a timely manner once we have the item(s) in-stock. Please note: Processing and shipping times may vary based on a number of factors relating to production, manufacture, shipment, and so on. Your order typically enters fulfillment as soon as items are confirmed to be in-stock. For reservation items, fulfillment begins once we have the entirety of the products purchased during the reservation period in hand.
Once a package has been processed and delivered to the carrier for shipment, we cannot be held responsible for damage or losses incurred during the shipping process including, but not limited to:
Damages incurred after the product has been handed over to the shipment carrier for delivery to the customer.
Packages lost during the shipping process
Entering an incorrect address during checkout
Failed delivery due to an address error or incorrectly entered name (ie. Writing the wrong address or recipient)
Losses incurred after the package has been left at the address provided during checkout by the buyer.
If you wish to request reimbursement or reclaim losses on shipped packages, please reach out to your selected shipment carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL).

At the LastPadawan Store we utilize terminology commonly used in the mechanical keyboard community. We understand first-timers to the hobby may experience confusion with the terms we use on our storefront. We have attempted to outline some of those terms below to assist with any questions that might arise.
Groupbuys (Otherwise known as Reservations or Pre-orders) -
The most commonly used term in the Mechanical keyboard hobby/community is arguably the term "groupbuy." When a design is presented to the community to generate interest, it is done with the intention of a design going into a groupbuy period. This is when a design goes up on various storefronts for pre-order or reservations.
Once a design goes up for sale, it must reach the minimum order quantity needed for the design to go to production. If this occurs, then the groupbuy is considered to have been a successful groupbuy.
Products seen on our site related to our designs are generally active groupbuy products. We do sell non groupbuy products, but these are typically made-to-order items.
Minimum Order Quantity -
When we offer a design for sale during a reservation period, we have a minimum amount of products that need to be purchased in order for the design to successfully make it into production.
Once a reservation period ends (group buy), if the minimum order quantity is met then we are able to request the use of a slot in a production and manufacturing environment. Depending on the time and season, it is possible that minimum order quantities may vary.
We understand that our customers come from all corners of the globe. In order to provide products with discounted shipping rates and closer proximity, we work with vendors in the mechanical keyboard community to act as proxy vendors for you (the customer) to purchase our products more locally.

Given that we're in located in the United States, we work with proxies to make the products more readily available and at less expensive shipping rates for our customers. While we welcome a customer's desire to purchase with us, don't hesitate to look for your local proxy when we're offering our latest products.
Note that we do offer exclusive LastPadawan Store products that our proxies may not have on their storefron.
When we make our products available for sale on the store, we generally will use 3D rendered images of the products for our product imagery. We call these images "renders" on our store pages. Rendered images may vary from the final product.
